Fotolia.com is the leading microstock art licensing company on the web with over 14 million images in their online art library.  CHALEX has developed a SmartFlo client for Fotolia users to help manage their royalty-free micro stock art and any other digital files that they may own.  The Fotolia / SmartFlo client is an Adobe Air application.  With it, registered Fotolia  users may browse the Fotolia library, create and manage personal galleries, purchase images, video and art through their Fotolia account, and manage and share access to their art files across all registered users associated with their Fotolia master account.  Users may download purchased art to their personal workstation and shared archives concurrently.  Any art purchased under a master account is automatically flagged for all sub-account holders.  In this way corporations working with multiple ad agencies can prevent them from making duplicate art purchases.  The same search terms that are used to find art on Fotolia can be used to find any art on SmartFlo.  

The MarkLogic integration with SmartFlo provides a workflow management tool for automating the ingestion of data into the MarkLogic system in a way that  can support global data input through multiple workflows.  A single MarkLogic server can ingest and manage data across a distributed network of SmartFlo SaaS servers.  All digital files of any type may be imported through a SmartFlo job bag.  MarkLogic captures project, job, task, performer, and forms data related to the job in addition to the XML data that is extracted automatically from the file itself.

Together Workflow Editor make the open source tool that CHALEX use to create the workflow model that run in SmartFlo.  Together XPDL and BPMN Workflow Editor - also known as Enhydra JaWE - is a graphical Java Workflow Editor implementing native WfMC (Workflow Management Coalition) XPDL-Specifications (XML Process Definition Language) V2.1 using the BPMN graphical notation. Every WfMC compliant XPDL-File can be viewed, edited and saved either from a local/remote mapped filesystem / drive or via Wf-XML directly from WfMC compliant workflow engines like Together Workflow Server / Enhydra Shark. LDAP connections to MS Active Directory or OpenLDAP are supported for importing process participant data. References between XPDL packages/files are supported and resolved.

Vproof is a high resolution graphical annotation tool developed for the most demanding packaging and image manipulation requirements.  Users may view pantone special colors, die overlays, varnish layers, bleed and trim marks, and compare two files in minute detail.  The Vproof integration with SmartFlo allows the user to seamlessly navigate between Vproof and a SmartFlo virtual job bag or user archive.  File status and a summary of annotation of the Vproof session notes is automatically appended to the SmartFlo thumbnail image.
